Data you give us

When you fill in a form (demonstration, viewer, partnership, event, assistant), we collect what you enter: name, work email, company, country, activity, needs, preferred date and language.

If you use the VL365 assistant or site search while signed in, your conversation is saved in your account so you can find it again.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare and schedule a demonstration, send you the download link you asked for, and follow up commercially.

We only process this data with your consent, given by ticking the form's checkbox.

Tools and providers

Your requests are stored in our customer relationship tool (Zoho CRM) and on the site's hosting infrastructure.

We use an artificial intelligence service to summarize and prioritize incoming requests and to answer questions asked to the assistant.

Emails about your request are sent through an email delivery service.

Audience measurement and advertising

We anonymously count clicks on demo buttons and questions asked to the assistant (page, language, country), without storing your identity, IP address or question text.

The Google Ads tag only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link in the footer.

Retention

We keep your data as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, and delete it on request.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@geo-plus.com.
